18 July 2011, Teyateyaneng Hospital, Berea District, Lesotho. Malindiwe Pheko is 35 years old and expecting her third child. The mother of 2 daughters, 11 and 6, she is hoping this one will be a boy. She discovered that she is HIV positive when upon discovering that she is pregnant, she went for an HIV test. She started using Antiretroviral treatment on 15 July 2011, when her CD4 count dropped to 250.
